30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We stand behind every Lumveil product. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
How It Works
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.
We send you everything you need. Once your return is approved, we'll ship you a prepaid label and a box to pack the item in — completely free. Drop it off at any carrier location and we'll issue your full refund within 5–7 business days of receiving it back.
Full Refund
You're eligible for a full refund when:
- You request the return within 30 days of delivery
- The item is in original or lightly used condition
You don't need to keep the original packaging — that's what the prepaid box is for.
Arrived Damaged or Defective?
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is defective through no fault of your own, we'll make it right immediately: full refund or free replacement, no return required. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can't Return the Item?
If the item has been lost or cannot be physically returned, we offer a 50% partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
How to Start a Return
Visit our Contact page or reach out directly with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: within 24 hours of your request
- Prepaid return kit shipped: within 1–2 business days
- Refund issued: within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
- Credit to your account: allow 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank
Lumveil reserves the right to deny a return if an item shows signs of intentional damage or misuse beyond normal wear.
